Our highly skilled and professional team is adept at effective implementation of proven wellbeing strategies by liaising with families, groups, and individual participants to attain successful outcomes for our participants and to assist them in living independently with pride via developing links with other service providers and the wider community.

Raj as we all love to call him has the patience of a saint! He has extensive experience as a Special Education teacher and trainer and has lived experience of disability which makes him so special. Raj has worked with adults and kids of all ages in various mentoring programs and has first-hand knowledge of the caring sector through his work as an individual support worker in Disability and Aged Care settings in South Australia.

Roma loves working with people of all ages and backgrounds and has a niche to make people comfortable. She is valued for her flexible communication style, capacity to process, map and empathise with people interacting with the service systems at different points. With her extensive teaching, leadership and counselling experience she is a strong advocate for bringing about social change on principles of fairness and justice where no one is left behind.
